אתר זה מופעל על ידי עמותת יסוד – דמוקרטיה וזכויות יסוד (להלן: "העמותה").

השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאי תקנון זה.

 

  1. מטרת האתר

האתר מספק מידע על פעילות העמותה בתחום הטמעת תרבות דמוקרטית במוסדות חינוך וקידום זכויות יסוד ומאפשר ביצוע תרומות מאובטחות לעמותה.

 

אודות העמותה
עמותת יסוד – דמוקרטיה וזכויות יסוד היא עמותה א‑פוליטית וללא מטרות רווח, הפועלת לחיזוק החברה הישראלית באמצעות חינוך לערכים דמוקרטיים וזכויות אדם. פעילותה מתמקדת בתלמידי בתי ספר יסודיים וחטיבות ביניים, בשיתוף פעולה עם משרד החינוך, רשויות מקומיות ובתי ספר ברחבי הארץ.

 

  1. תנאי התרומה
  • התרומות מתבצעות באמצעות ספק הסליקה המאובטחTranzila
  • התרומות מוכרות לצורכי מס לפי סעיף 46 לפקודת מס הכנסה
  • תרומות יעובדו רק לאחר אישור מחברת האשראי

 

  1. ביטול תרומה
  • תרומה חד פעמית אינה ניתנת לביטול לאחר עיבודה
  • תרומה חודשית ניתנת לביטול בכל עת באמצעות פנייה לכתובת הדוא״ל או הטלפון של העמותה, ותיכנס לתוקף מהחודש הבא.
  • לא יינתן החזר בגין תרומות שכבר עובדו לפני מועד הביטול

  1. פרטיות ואבטחת מידע

העמותה מתחייבת לשמור על פרטיות התורמים, פרטי האשראי אינם נשמרים באתר אלא במערכת        Tranzila  בהתאם לתקני אבטחה מחמירים.

 

  1. מגבלות אחריות

העמותה לא תשא באחריות לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף שייגרם כתוצאה מהשימוש באתר או מתרומה.

 

  1. דין וסמכות שיפוט

תנאי שירות אלה כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל ומפורשים על פיהם, ללא קשר לעקרונות ברירת הדין שלה. הנך מסכים/ה לסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית של בית המשפט הממוקמים בישראל לכל מחלוקת או תביעה שאינה כפופה לבוררות.

The Website provides information about the Organization’s activities in the fields of democracy, education, and human rights, and enables secure online donations.

About the Organization
Yesod – Human Rights and Democracy is a non‑profit, non‑partisan organization dedicated to strengthening Israeli society through democratic and human rights education. Our programs focus on upper elementary and middle school students, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, local authorities, and schools.

  1. Donation Terms
  • Donations are processed via the secure payment provider Tranzila.
  • Donations are recognized for Israeli tax purposes under Section 46 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance.
  • Donations are processed only after approval by the credit card provider.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • One‑time donations cannot be canceled once processed.
  • Recurring donations may be canceled at any time by contacting the Organization via email or phone. Cancellations take effect from the following month.
  • No refunds will be provided for payments already processed prior to cancellation.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection

The Organization is committed to protecting donor privacy. Payment details are not stored on the Website but are processed securely through Tranzila, in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Organization shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Website or the donation process.

  1. Governing Law

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel for any disputes or claims not subject to arbitration.
